Scrolling Regions within a Frame.

Just a small piece of advice - if what you are creating is a user
interface (like a dialog), which your description indicates it might
be, having a scrollbar inside the dialog is probably not a good
idea. Scrolled dialogs are among the least good ways to design a user
interface around.

If it is a dialog you're creating, try to think of another way of
organizing the information. Have a look at
http://www.iarchitect.com/mshame.htm for other examples of what not to
do. :-) They have a section of positive comments as well. Well worth a
read for anyone creating user interfaces.
