Access violation while trying to replace stdout with a local disk file

i've changed the c-runtime to "Multithreaded " for myprog.exe
and "Multithreaded DLL" for python15.dll
but it still refuse to work,
shall i change to "Multithreaded DLL" instead of "Multithreaded" for
myprog.exe ?
