DBF interface

I just submitted (to python.org) an updated version of a module I wrote a
couple of years ago. It only reads dbf files, you can't create them etc,
but you can get the data out of a dbf file if that is what you need. The
new version should shortly find its way to the database section of the
contributed modules area of www.python.org.
