tabanny is in the distribution (look under Tools/Scripts/).  But given the
nature of the Timbot, it doesn't fix anything, it just *whines* <wink>.
When it does complain, untabify.py (also in Tools/Scripts/) might be able to
fix it.

Fancier cases can be handled by Gordon McMillan's tabcleaner.py, but given
the nature of the Gordon that's darned hard to find.  Here's a link to his

Should also note that any number of editors can tabify/untabify too,
including a Python-aware set of cmds in the Emacs pymode.
