I dont get time to do much of the work.  I did the win32net stuff, but wont
find time to patch those small holes any time soon.  win32wnet was
contributed by Scott Cothrell, and I havent done anything with that.

Of course, you are welcome - nay, encouraged, to do the work on the win32all
versions.  You should find me very accomodating, and having a single source
for these features is in everybodies interests.
