I will see in my wxclips files to remember again how Julian Smart
realise  resourses files implementation in wxclips programming.Ofcourse
the Python implementation must be writed new from scrash but we must
have some programming uniformity .BTW Julian in in wxclips developed a
lot of functions able to handle wxwindows objects that in their spirit
(not in the form) are very interresting.
