Redirect stdout to file

I've made some changes to IDLE (thank you Guido, thank you, thank you, thank
you) that allows me to log printed output to a file (as well as journal user
entered scripts).  The restriction is that you MUST be using IDLE.  I can email
the changes if you are interested.
