  We could do that.  The catch is that while I can read & speak Dutch, 
I can't type it.  I'm a member of the VCP (Vowel Conservation
Program), so my keyboards are all running VMOS (the Vowel Minimization
Operating System).
  So I can't write and documents in Dutch.  Since Dutch is so popular
among most Python programmers, that may not be a problem.
