[python-ldap] Proposal to Deprecate Pagure Repo for python-ldap

Hello,
As you may know, we currently have two repositories for python-ldap: one on
GitHub (https://github.com/python-ldap/python-ldap) and another on Pagure (
https://pagure.io/python-ldap/). After carefully considering it, I propose
that we deprecate the Pagure repository in favour of exclusively using our
GitHub repository.

This proposal aims to streamline our workflow and enhance overall
efficiency. The GitHub repository is notably more active, and the Pagure
repository has seen minimal use. By consolidating our efforts on GitHub, we
can focus our resources and community contributions more effectively.

Please feel free to share any feedback or concerns by the end of the winter
break. If there are no significant objections, we will proceed with the
deprecation.
