That's bogus. One doesn't have to apply all of the "facts" at the same
time. More likely one will apply one to three, and refactor if more seem to
be needed.

One can write "obfuscated Python" with Python as it is today, and that
doesn't mean the language should be cut down to "training wheels" state.
