[python-events] Add new event

Hi there, I received an invite for edupy, thank you for that, I wonder what
did I miss on getting the event listed in https://www.python.org/events/ .
What needs to be done on my side it to be listed there?

Btw I saw the event in Tweeter too. Thanks for that too.
