[python-events] The Scale by the Bay Conference. Submitting an Event

Hi Anastasia,

I don't see any reference to python in the main page.

$ curl -sL https://www.scale.bythebay.io/ | grep -i python | wc -l
       0

So I don't think it fits in the calendar requirements.
