[python-events] Remove Pyjamas Conf 2023 from calendar

Hello,

Please could you remove Pyjamas Conf 2023 from
https://www.python.org/events/?

It's not happening this year because the organising team were busy with the
first PyladiesCon (I'm not involved with either).
