[python-events] New event: PyDay Chile 2020

Hi,

I was trying to check how to add this event into calendars, as a first
try-on,  but... I'm still a bit lost.   Where do I do that?

I clicked into google calendars, but on both I just have read-only
permission.  Is there a place to add new events?
