Please add the following event: * name of the event: *PyladiesFest Kampala
2019* * type of event: Conference * focus on Python:

The PyladiesFest will bring together all members in the Pyladies Kampala
community and new members in a five-day mini-conference full of well
thought out talks(keynotes), workshops and open source sprint.

The mini-conference will have three tracks;

   Data science track

   Open source track
