[Python-Dev] Withdraw PEP 546? Backport ssl.MemoryBIO and ssl.SSLObject to Python 2.7

So sorry for Python 2.7, I just rejected my PEP 546, no ssl.MemoryBIO for you!

The workaround is to use PyOpenSSL on Python 2.7.
