[Python-Dev] PEPs migrated to mercurial?

I see <http://hg.python.org/peps/>, but last change was a year ago.

I changes PEP 11 time ago, and I can't see the changes there. So the
repository seems a bit outdated. Or, maybe, are we still using SVN for
PEPs?.
