[Python-Dev] Python unit tests failing on Pybots farm

As you can see, it indeed re-ran configure, and it also rebuilt the
interpreter. It then did not rebuild any of the extensions except for
pyexpat and elementtree.

As I said, contributions to fix that are welcome.
