Out-of-order code execution rarely counts as 'straightforward' ;)

With PEP 315, a do-while loop would look like:

   do:
       <body>
   while <cond>:
       pass

But then, I'm reasonably happy with the 'break out of an infinite 
loop' approach, so *shrug*.
