[Python-Dev] PEP-0273 (zip imports) needs to be finished off

I just noticed that PEP-0273 is not yet up to date. As the
code's been in there since 2.3, it'd be a shame if we had to
rip it out of 2.4a3 for lack of a current PEP <wink>

And yes, I've not had time to finish PEP-0318. This _will_ be
done before 2.4a3. Hopefully _this_ weekend I'll get time to
finish it...
