Okay, everybody seems to like the nondist idea, should it be

nondist/src/onlinehelp.py
	# simple
nondist/src/help/onlinehelp.py 
	# its own directory -- in case it splits into two modules
nondist/src/Lib/onlinehelp.py  
	# code proposed for standard library
