Fred and GvR thought a separate SF project would be better, so I
created http://sourceforge.net/projects/py-howto .  You've already
been added as a developer, as have Moshe and Fred.  Just check out the
CVS tree (directory, really) and put it in the Doc/ subdirectory of
the Python CVS tree.  Preparations for a checkin mailing list are
progressing, but still not complete.
