sorry, I must have missed that post, since I've
interpreted the whole thing as:

    if reduce(operator.add, list_of_votes) > 0 and guido_likes_it():
        implement(feature)

(probably because I've changed the eff-bot script
to use 'sre' instead of 're'...)

can you repost the full set of rules?
