[PYTHON-CRYPTO] Problems building M2Crypto on CentOS running x86_64

Doing a bit more investigation, I see M2Crypto 0.19 is build on Fedora 11 
x86_64 against OpenSSL 0.9.8, but I don't see how they did it there?
