Subject: [PYTHON-CRYPTO] pyCrypto without installing (Knoppix: no distutils, no write access)

  Hello everyone,
pyCrypto seems to be exactly what I'm looking for in my current project.
Sadly, since I'm using Knoppix (Linux-on-a-bootable-disc), I can't install
any software in directories other than my homedir. Also, the distro is
missing the distutils package.

Is there any way of using pyCrypto without having to install it in a directory
other than the homedir AND without the distutils?

Thanks in advance for any help. I do apologize if this question turns out to
be trivial, I'm new to Python...

I've put up M2Crypto 0.12 snapshot 1.

What's new:

- Tested with Python 2.3.
- ZServerSSL with client certificate authentication.
- ZServerSSL for Zope 2.7.0b2.
