[PYTHON-CRYPTO] Package name

While we're changing things around, any thoughts on the package name?
Currently it's Crypto.Hash, Crypto.Cipher, &c., but the more common
convention seems to be lowercase.  So how about crypto.hash,
crypto.cipher, ...

And does anyone have a suggested interface for registering extensions?
There seems no good Pythonic model for doing this sort of thing.
