Another bit of concrete numbers: to get 84 people (roughly 2/3 of 91)

on arithmetic: 2/3 of 91 is 60 (plus a fraction), nowhere near "roughly" 84
(at least not in the US with our `Imperial` system; does it work any
differently in Canada with Metric?-)...
