Oops, I failed to use svn diff *once* before committing and of course it
was the time where the diff was empty, but since the svn properties had
changed, the useless commit went through. I apologize for the noise and
promise this won’t happen again. I’m going to set up an editor script
for use by svn commit that opens the diff alongside the commit log file,
like I use with Mercurial.
