You're looking at the setuptools trunk's private copy of doctest, which 
will soon be moved to a ZipfileHotfixes project for backported versions of 
doctest and pydoc.  That is, it's a copy whose sole reason for existence is 
to be a 2.3/2.4 backport.  See the file path.  :)
