[issue28781] On Installation of 3.5 Python get error message

Hi Steve,

Thanks looking into this for me. I tried the below and ran the lines in cmd with admin privileges. Then I tried running repair again. I'm afraid when I type python in the command prompt it has the same message as before about missing python35.dll. 

I know you said that not all the commands would work, however when I ran "reg delete HKLM\Software\Python\PythonCore\3.5-32\InstalledFeatures /f /reg:32" it couldn't find the file. I don't know if that helps at all.

If you wanted to know how I caused this issue, I was having problems getting pip to work, so tried re-installing a few times(clicking generic user a few times in installation), into various locations, thinking it was something to do with the PATH. It didn't seem to be updating the path in the installation.

Hence why it's a bit of a mess! Any suggestions on further cleaning I could do?
