[issue25236] str.maketrans wrong description for optional 3rd parameter

New submission from Brian O'Neill:
The doc says "If there is a third argument, it must be a string, whose characters will be mapped to None in the result." The characters of the optional third argument get mapped to '', of course, not to None.
