Current behavior is more complicated.

>>> OSError(1, 2, 3, 4).args
(1, 2)
>>> OSError(1, 2, 3, 4, 5).args
(1, 2)
>>> OSError(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).args
(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6)

If I remember correctly:

1 -- errno
2 -- strerror
3 -- filename
4 -- winerror (?)
5 -- filename2

Isn't it documented anywhere?
