[issue22477] GCD in Fractions

If nothing else, the doc for fractions.gcd "Return the greatest common divisor" is wrong and should be changed. The negative of the greatest common divisor is the least common divisor in an integer range. The doc should say "Return the greatest common divisor or its negative".  Ditto for the docstring.
