pack.patch: Patch to pack frame_t structure.

I tested tracemalloc with packed structure on Linux/AMD64, FreeBSD/AMD64, OpenBSD/AMD64, OpenIndiana/AMD64, Windows/x86 (Windows 7 64-bit with Python compiled in 32-bit). I don't have access to SPARC.
