Well, all of the following systems/configurations should have their support removed in 3.3:

    Name:             Systems using Mach C Threads
    Name:             SunOS lightweight processes (LWP)
    Name:             Systems using --with-pth (GNU pth threads)
    Name:             Systems using Irix threads
    Name:             OSF* systems (issue 8606)
