[issue12507] tkSimpleDialog problem

New submission from LMO <raycores at gmail.com>:

tkSimpleDialog displays blank rectangle and hangs with version 2.7.  Works fine on version 2.6.  In attached program, click on button labeled "Press this Button" which will call tkSimpleDialog.
