Related to #6365. I've added a test to make sure twisted builds with
'build' and 'build_ext -i'.

Fixed in r73790 and propagated in 2.6/3.1/3.2. 

Thanks for the feeback !

(I am also adding twisted in my buildbot to make sure trunk creates a
similar binary dist than 2.6)
