Error in the table describing append and extend operations for the list type.

specificaly:

s.append(x) same as s[len(s):len(s)] = [x] (2) 
s.extend(x) same as s[len(s):len(s)] = x (3) 

should be:

s.append(x) same as s[len(s):len(s)] = x (2) 
s.extend(x) same as s[len(s):len(s)] = [x] (3)
