Summary: Make docu for dict.update more clear

Initial Comment:
In Note (9) to the mapping types documentation
(http://docs.python.org/lib/typesmapping.html), it
should be mentioned that dict.update returns None to
remind you that it changes the dict in place.

Also, the description should more precisely say
"updates (and overwrites) `a` with key/value pairs from
`b`" instead of "updates (and overwrites) key/value
pairs from `b`".
