Summary: try-except-finally in the tutorial

Initial Comment:
Doc/tut/tut.tex describes "finally" statement as ::

A try statement must either have one or more except
clauses or one finally clause, but not both ...

But now that PEP 341[*] has been accepted and merged,
this part needs a rewrite.

Adding a new section or an example using try-except-
(else-)finally will be required.
