Summary: __name__ should be in 2.3.10 Special Attributes

Initial Comment:
Although dir(object) doesn't yet list __name__, it is a
common "special attribute" of many objects. The
documentation should include a short description of
__name__ in section 2.3.10 "Special Attributes".
