Summary: MacPython installer: disk image does not mount from NFS

Initial Comment:
Bill Janssen reports that the MacPython installer disk images
(.dmg files) fail to mount, with error -199. It turns out his
home directory is NFS-mounted. Other dmg files pose no
problems.

It could be that this has to do with the fact that we use our
own tool to create the dmg images in stead of Apple's tools.

Just tried it with the current installer and everything seems to work fine.
