Summary: IDE: "clear" and "cut" fail in output window

Initial Comment:
If the output window is frontmost and you use the Edit->Clear or Edit->Cut commands the IDE will crash in the WEClear or WECut call, with a "MacOS Error -9476". I tried both with and without a selection.

This is with current CVS MacPython-OSX.
