>Summary: Add "l2h-arg" to mkhowto

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to be able to pass arbitrary
latex2html options from the mkhowto command line. I
know I can achieve (most of) the same effect by
studying latex2html.pl and creating my own init file,
but I'd rather stick to the published interface. :)
The attached patch adds --l2h-arg= flag which lets you
pass args to latex2html.

Closed due to lack of a clear requirement. If a clear
requirement surfaces this can be re-visited.

Take a look in the CVS version of Python at how the iSilo
version is generated. You'll want to look in Doc/Makefile
and Doc/perl/isilo.perl.

I'm dropping the priority & marking this pending/later since
there's not a clear immediate need. If the iSilo version
doesn't show how to do what you need, please explain in
detail what the real effect is that you're looking for. (If
it does show you what you need, let me know so I can close
this report.)

I think was trying to change the navigation links, or even
suppress them altogether.

Before I accept this, can you describe what you were trying
to achieve that required this? It may be that there's a
better way.
