Initial Comment:
This page of the development documentation:

http://www.python.org/doc/2.2/lib/node500.html

has links which should lead to the interfaces of the 
widgets listed.  However, the links result in 404 
errors.  (The individual widget pages also appear to 
be missing from the Windows 2.2b2 distribution.  At 
any rate, they are missing from the HTML help file I 
compiled using the .html files from the distribution).
