Details: In Doc/lib/libunicodedata.tex, the URL ftp://ftp.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/UnicodeData.html is stale.  Please find a live link to the appropriate information and update the documentation.

In this case,

http://www.unicode.org/Public/UNIDATA/UnicodeData.html 

works for me.
