[Python-bugs-list] Trap for perl programmers (PR#154)

I think the right approach here is for the community to produce the
Perl programmers' Python FAQ.  We're certainly not the right people to
do it, because we're not familiar enough with Perl's oddities.  Tom
Christiansen had a nice post a few months ago that set out exactly
these differences, but he compared Perl to Python 1.4.  (Yikes!)
It would be a good place to start.
