I'd like to "mirror" python-bugs for offline reading. While the pages are
really quite static and it should be easy to mirror them, Jitterbug tends to
make the URLs more complex than necessary, so that a single page is accessed
via many different URLs:

E.g. the first page with "notabug" reports currently has those URLs, which
always led to the same page:

  http://www.python.org/python-bugs/notabug?user=3Dguest
  http://www.python.org/python-bugs/notabug?page=3D0;user=3Dguest =20
  http://www.python.org/python-bugs/notabug?page=3D0;page=3D1;user=3Dguest
  http://www.python.org/python-bugs/notabug?page=3D0;page=3D2;user=3Dguest
  http://www.python.org/python-bugs/notabug

Even worse, the navigation is sometimes quite strange: If you're on the
second "notabug" page and click e.g. on "request" in the headline, you get
to the second "request" page. I'd expect to get on the first page of the new
section.

I don't know if this is a problem of this installation of Jitterbug, or if
it is a problem of Jitterbug itself. In the later case, I think we should
notify the Jitterbug maintainers of this shortcoming.
