[ANN] ffnetui-0.8.3.1 released

This is the first public release of ffnetui, a GUI for ffnet - feed forward 
artificial neural network for python. Currently it supports a subset of ffnet 
functionality, but also adds some new features.

For rapid testing you can try standalone Windows binaries:
