qutebrowser v0.3.0 released!

Hi!

qutebrowser is a keyboard-driven, vim-like browser based on Python,
PyQt5 and QtWebKit.

I'm happy to announce qutebrowser v0.3.0 was released today - with a
lot of new features and some bugfixes.
